These pumps are dsigned for intermittent duty, though most models can be run continuously for hours at a time. They are commonly used to either pressurize water from an atmospheric tank, to deliver purified water to a specific point of use, or simply to increase pressure when desired.

These pumps can be controlled by either a pressure switch (“demand” mode or an external power control device (“delivery” mode). When required, an integrated bypass can be incorporated to help regulate pressure levels.

Delivery pumps are ideal when you want extra flow at the faucet or when you need to connect an ice maker or other outlet that is far from the RO system.

The Aquatec delivery pump is made to deliver a consistent flow of water at a steady pressure. This is ideal when supplying multiple outlets from a single water source, or if the water source does not have sufficient pressure to deliver the water itself. Typical applications include standard RO systems as well as GE Merlin tankless RO systems.
