FILMTEC LP-4040 delivers high quality water at low pressure operation. LP-4040 replace many “first generation” low pressure membrane elements and will purify more water in many older systems, especially on cold water feeds.
Features the industry’s thickest feed spacer (34 mil) to lessen the impact of fouling.
May be cleaned over the widest pH range (pH 1-13) for the most effective cleaning.
Tape-wrapped elements are built with the same high quality membranes and materials of construction as industrial elements, except for the hard outershell, and are more economical for commercial systems with one or two elements per housing.
1. Permeate flow rate and salt rejection based on the following test conditions: 500 ppm NaCl, 145 psig (10 bar), 77°F (25°C), and 15% recovery
2. Permeate flows for individual elements may vary +/-20%.
3. FILMTEC LP-4040 can replace TW30HP-4040 and will produce ~30% more permeate and improved salt rejection at TW30HP-4040 test conditions.
