The Hydronix 20″ Sediment Filter Cartridge is the economical 20 Micron replacement cartridge for the Liquatec SDF-25-2020 20″ Sediment Filter. Constructed with 100% polypropylene, this sediment filter is resistant to chemicals and reduces waterborne contaminants like silt, sand, sediment and rust. Also known as part number SDC-25-2020, the Hydronix 20″ depth filter cartridge is used in a variety of applications for residential, commercial, industrial and food services. In addition to replacing the Liquatec SDF-25-2020 filter cartridge, this Hydronix sediment water filter is an economical replacement filter for the Pentek 155226-43 and the Watts FPMB20-20 Sediment Water Filter.

The Hydronix Sediment Water Filter is binder free, surfactant free and adhesive free. The graded density provides higher dirt holding capacity than your standard spun polypropylene and string wound cartridges. This sediment cartridge is economically priced and fits standard size filter housing systems requiring a 20″ media. Do not use your Hydronix filter cartridge with microbiologically unsafe water without proper disinfection.

The Hydronix 20″ sediment cartridge is used as pre-filtration for reverse osmosis systems and post-filtration for granular activated carbon (GAC) filters. For optimum performance, replace your sediment cartridge filter every 6 months based on usage and water quality. The temperature capacity range for this polypropylene filter cartridge ranges from 40 degrees to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
